Since removing them requires just a tiny bit of brush work, they make a perfect candidate for a quick Photoshop retouch.
This tutorial will explain how to change the eye color in 5 steps. End Result: STEP 1: Start with opening the picture you would like to change. STEP 2: Click (Q) to open up the “Quick Mask Mode”, and press (B) or click the brush tool brush. STEP 3: When you are done Press (Q) again and then Press (M) or click eye_icon_2 to open the “Rectangular Marquee Tool”. STEP 4: Now you have 2 layers. Select the new layer “Layer 1″. Photo to sketch and painting. (New way)Posted by Cosmo7 in Photoeffect Photoshop TutorialsIn this tutorial I’ll show you a new technique I use for making different photos to look like paintings or just to turn them to sketch.
Step 14. Here’s the first way: For example I want to delete the sky and leave the boat like it is. I’ll hide the new layer and on the sketch layer I’ll select the white area where the sky is.
Step 16. Hit delete. I thing the effect in the next image also looks interesting that’s why I am showing it to you.
Now let’s get back to Step 13 and continue from there. I hope I did not confuse you with this extra steps but I wanted to show this. I was having just the new duplicated background layer and it’s layer style was set to multiply. Step 18. Use Filter - Noise - Median on this layer.

Make Gothic Picture [Best Photo Effect]Posted by Cosmo7 in Photoeffect Photoshop TutorialsTo get started, pick a picture you want to manipulate, or use this same one. 1. Use the tool named Dodge Tool to get a whiter effect over the skin. You can find it in the left tool bar. I usually use that tool in a %45 exposure. 2. Now we will desaturate the skin color with the Sponge Tool also in the left tool bar. %100 flow. Look for it in the same place where the Dodge Tool is, you just have to click over it, and you will see another two options hidden in the same place. (my english sucks, I know it, but try to follow…) Now that the skin looks dead enough, will work on the eyes. 3. Now pick the Dodge Tool again, and apply it over the eyes. 4. Pick a color you like for the eyes. I like light blue… Use the color with an opacity of %18, we don’t want to lose all the little details of the eye. 5. If you want to add more light to the eye, use a regular brush, white color, and select Mode: Color Dodge %35 opacity. Like this… 6. Now the make up… Black color, opacity %18, and apply it around the eye a few times. Darker in the center, and softer on the edges. 7. You can also work on the mouth with the Burn Tool also placed below the Dodge Tool.
