3,7 % civil tenured agents of three civil services declare to have changed workplace in 2007, against 2,7 % in the private sector;
4,7 % tenured agents of the State do not exercise their activity in their administration of origin at the end of 2006 (statuary mobility);
4,4 % civil tenured agents of the State knew a change of the department in which they exercise their functions, between 2005 and 2006 (geographical mobility);
1 % present civil tenured agents of the State between 2004 and 2005 knew a change of ministry or of big service within the same ministry (structural mobility), without its being possible, at this stadium, to follow the changes of posts within the same service;
3,5 % civil tenured agents of the State changed social and occupational group between 2005 and 2006, except reform of the active bodies of the police (category-specific mobility).
